New Home

This card is for a friend who moved house. This was made early in 2012, but only given recently!!!
In the meantime, it was sitting nicely in my lounge, which was nice: I rarely get to see the cards I made for very long :-).

Cette carte a ete faite debut 2012, mais je ne l'ai offerte que recemment. En attendant, elle tronait dans mon salon, ce qui etait pas mal: c'est rare que j'ai l'occasion de voir mes cartes pendant longtemps! :-)

Happy Birthday...Seaside theme

I have been quite for the last few months, but so many things happened! First, we were on holidays for a month in France. We had a fabulous time there! That is probably why we decided to get married on our return :-).
So, the next day of our return home, we started planning the wedding, which took place no later 4 weeks later! Fabulous day too, I might post the wedding menu on this blog later, as it was hand made...

Anyway, this car below was made during the Queen Jubilee week end, 2012, but I could not post it as the birthday was much later in the year. As it happened, my friend got it at my wedding, as we hadn't had the chance to meet up before!

This card was made in memory of a great day at the beach, Southwold, with our kids....The mug that came with it was in the same theme...

J'ai ete silencieuse sur ce blog ces derneirs mois, mais tant de choses se sont passees! Tout d'abord, nous avons ete en France en vacance, pendant un bon mois. On a passe des vacances formidables....c'est d'ailleurs peut etre la raison pour laquelle nous avons pris la decision de nous marier!
Bref, des notre retour, nous avons commence a organiser motre mariage...qui s'est passe 4 semaines plus tard! Une journee extraordinaire..

Cette carte ci-dessous a ete faite pendant le week end du Jubilee de la reine, 2012, au Royaume uni,  mais je n'ai pu la poster sur ce blog car l'anniversaire en question etait beaucoup plus tard. Finalement, je l'ai offerte le jour meme de notre mariage ! :-).
C'est en souvenir d'une journee memorable passee a la mer avec nos enfants. D'ailleurs, la tasse que j'ai offerte etait dans le meme theme...
