First Wedding Anniversary

Hello everyone! It has been  a while since I posted...I have been very busy with the beginning of the new school term...I guess like everyone with children!

I have loads of cards to make but one very important was for yesterday...Our first wedding anniversary!

I was looking forward to the day but was dreading making the card, as I had no time...and not much inspiration. Indeed, I need to be relaxed to be inspired. I knew I wanted to use hearts and the special patterned paper used for our evening meal menu...but that was it...

So I haver been looking at my favorite blog updates...until yesterday morning I came accross this new post (From Stamping & Sharing). That was it! I straight away set myself to the task and here is the result....A very similar yet slightly different card...

Bonjour a toutes et a tous! Je ne suis pas venue poster sur ce blog depuis un moment. J'ai été tres occupéee, notemment avec la reprise des cours...J'imagine, comme tout le monde avec des enfants.

J'ai énormément de cartes a faire mais la plus importante était pour hier...Notre premier anniversaire de mariage! J'attendais ce jour avec impatience, mais j'étais un peu stresséee par rapport a la carte, car je n'avais pas de temps...et tres peu d'inspiration. J'ai vraiment besoin d'etre reposée pour etre inspirée. Je savais que je voulais utiliser des coeurs et le meme papier imprimé utilisé pour faire nos menus de mariage, mais c'est tout...

J'ai donc suivi avec attention mes blogs préférés et, hier matin meme, j'ai recu celui-ci....Voila, l'idée est parti de la!...
